Fonda Sala is an inn located in the heart of Olost, a village in Osona’s north-west district. This year, as in past years, it has been awarded with a Michelin star -thanks in part to the expertise of chef Toni Sala, its founder and director. Toni and his wife have found the perfect balance between gastronomic restaurant and inn.
Here they offer the best dishes of the modern gastronomy while keeping traditional home menus. Moreover, their cuisine is made from market foods and local products that allows to taste the best seasonal dishes.
They have a propper room service typical from this kind of establishments and has a warm and familiar ambiance. They also organize gastronomical tastings of special dishes.
Fonda Sala is surrounded by a perfect environment with plenty of nature and heritage, so it offers a great variety of activities.
Among the activities some are: visiting the protected natural sites, like the Merlès stream; admiring the routes with gems of local history and architecture, like Sant Andreu d’Oristà’s crypt or the cloister of the monastery of Santa Maria de Lluçà; or doing some sports like hiking and mountain biking to balloon rides and fishing on the Reixach marsh.
