Fonda Sala is an inn located in the heart of Olost, a village in Osona’s north-west district. This year, as in past years, it has been awarded with a Michelin star -thanks in part to the expertise of chef Toni Sala, its founder and director. Toni and his wife have found the perfect balance between gastronomic restaurant and inn.
