At Can Xarina restaurant, that is located in Collsuspina, they are committed to cooking traditional Catalan cuisine elaborated with good-quality ingredients and some slight innovative touches. Their dishes are elaborated with ingredients of their territory such as white kidney beans, pork, truffles, vegetables, goat-kid, veal and cod.
