L’Hostalet is a restaurant located in Vall d'en Bas that receives its name in honour of de past days of this establishment, which was already an inn hundreds of years ago.
Nowadays it continues to have the same family and warm ambiance, as well as the essence of a rural inn (given by the archways and pillars of the main dining room).
This restaurant specialises in Catalan cuisine presenting dishes modern and traditional as well and it is part of the group Cuina Volcànica (volcanic cuisine) whose members cook mainly with ingredients from the area.
During the week they have a menu of the day, but they also have group menus, prepared for parties of more than 10 people, and special and thematic menus, such as the one designed with the dishes that the restaurant has been preparing year after year for the gastronomic.
The restaurant is open from 13:00 to 16:00 from Wednesday to Monday and it also opens from 20:45 to 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. It is also open on August.
