La Font de Cal Guardià restaurant, located at the bottom of the magnificent Montseny, in Fogars de Montclús, have a great variety of seasonal dishes that preserve the essence of the traditional mountain cuisine. Moreover, as a novelty, here they have oak grilled coal.
In the restaurant there are different dishes that can be tasted like cod with raisins, callos, snails, home-made cannelloni, Catalan custard or home-made desserts. They also offer Catalan farmer's breakfast, menu of the day, weekend menu, special menu, calçotada, group menu and food for gluten intolerant people.
The establishment counts with a big terrace, from where the Montseny landscape can be seen, a children's park visible from the dining room so that children can play and a bar area where drinks and cocktails can be served. They also have private rooms for groups celebrations as, for example, for weddings, baptisms, communions, meetings, company dinners, etc.
It opens all days, except on working Mondays, from 08:30 to 17:30 and on Fridays and Saturdays it opens until 00:00. Previous reservations can be done through email or telephone. Pets are accepted.
