The Arrosseria Xurin restaurant is located next to the Cardedeu’s train station, in Barcelona. This restaurant is born as a descendant from the Hotel d’en Xurin. Its name is received as a diminutive of Melchorin, which is a reference to the old inn that was located in this place, called Can Melxor.
The kitchen of this restaurant is based in a traditional Catalonian cuisine elaborated with market products in which the rice is highlighted. Among their more recommended dishes in their menu there can be found the potatoes, the aubergines stuffed with meat, the rice with partridge and mushrooms, paella or sea and mountain rice.
