Carbó Negre is born in a large, ancient farmhouse located just between Blanes and Lloret de Mar, surrounded by forest and on the same road.
Our cuisine offers grilled dishes, a form of cooking that has its own tradition and identity in Catalonia as well as a single secret: having an excellent raw material and maintaining the balance between the intensity of the bulls and the cooking time at a constant temperature.
However, we also incorporate deep-rooted elements of Catalan cuisine, especially our so-called peasant cuisine, obtaining dishes and stews with the best flavors of the land and sea from the seasonal, fresh and proximity products that we serve for lunch or dinner and our fork breakfasts.
We have a beautiful, large and comfortable terrace, outdoors in the summer and covered in winter, in a quiet space surrounded by trees. Inside, you can enjoy the fantastic rhythm of our charcoal grills and the different, welcoming dining in the fireplaces.
