Toc de Sol is a restaurant build up in a ancient country house from the 18th century. It has been remodelled completely preserving the traditional image of a Catalan country house. That turns it in a restaurant with an historical and traditional charm.
The inside of the building has been restyled with modern elements that fit perfectly well with the traditional style from the establishment. Creating, this way, a cosy and smart atmosphere with a modern and classic fusion.
Moreover, now the owner has changed and the cuisine is in charge of chef Jordi Vidiella. That is the reason why now you can enjoy in this restaurant the experimental cuisine with the best local products and with touches from different parts of the world's gastronomy. It is divided into three rooms, one of them is prepared for celebrating events and celebrations. Moreover, it counts with a beautiful terrace with a courtyard that will allow you to enjoy this restaurant outdoors at any time of the year.
The restaurant is specialized in meat and fish. That's the reason why its signature dishes are shellfish and bluefin tuna. Nevertheless, in its menu you will find other delicacies like: anchovies from La Escala, acorn fed Iberian ham, prawns from Palamós or magret of duck, among others.
