Can Pericus is the family name with which the family that run the business was and is known. It has been popularly known because the ground floor of the house was a butcher shop and a tavern. After almost a year of research, effort and dedication, in 2015 a new space, the Can Pericus in Banyoles, was open in the heart of the Olympic Village neighborhood.
The sum of the energy of Kimi, the open mind of Pere and the knowledge acquired by David, in addition to the avant-garde vision and the design of Quim Roqué, made the new establishment that has been opened. Creating a cosmopolitan atmosphere in which the atmosphere transports to another place in the world and keeping the origins, tradition and history of their family. An open space where customers can feel comfortable and at home-like.
The restaurant proposal is precise and environmentally friendly. That’s why they use local products and take advantage of the resources of the closest producers. Moreover, in the restaurant it is possible to eat the products that are usually sold in the Xarcuteria Pere Roca.
It is characterized by a home-made cuisine specialized in burgers (the signature dish), made with organic meat and Black Angus Beef. They also make natural juices and milkshakes, breakfast, tapas, cheeses, pastries, hot dogs, sandwiches and vegan and cod burgers. Their gastronomy is linked to the quality and well-prepared cuisine.
In Can Pericus they take care of the design of each dish, so that the final product that reaches the table is a joy for all the senses. They also have menus (of the day, for groups, for children, etc.), catering service and take-away service.
The restaurant offers the possibility of renting a private space for celebrations, presentations or events. They also have a children’s area and a terrace.
