Located at one hundred meters from the port, Can Bosch Restaurant opened its doors in 1969 in Cambrils, a typical marine village. In 1988 the second generation took the reins of it. Moreover, nowadays it has one Michelin Star.
Its cuisine is defined as market and author cuisine, because the best raw materials are selected from the market, and at the same time from Baix Camp. In the recipes one can appreciate the knowledge of the sea that the family has always had, and one can see a unique personality in each plate.
Can Bosch also has an accurate wine selection, with national and international varieties, and has a respectful treatment towards cava.
