With more than 20 years in the restauration business and placed in a XVIIth-century Catalan homestead, this restaurant is well-known all over Catalonia for its delicious calçotades (grilled spring onions traditional from Catalonia); its main specialty, that you can enjoy especially from January to March. However, in Fontscaldes homestead not only you can taste excellent calçots, but several modern and innovative dishes in line with the Nouvelle Cuisine, as well as dishes from the traditional Catalan cuisine, which they elaborate by following grandmothers’ old recipes.
