La Vila restaurant is located in the centre of Pals. It is a familiar restaurant which opened 15 years ago and it offers a Mediterranean homemade cuisine.
The menu is long and varied, there are from seafood that arrives from Palamós' port to high quality meat from Girona region. The restaurant has assorted wines D.O. Empordà.
The specialities of the house are the stews, roasts, tapas and pasta, but without the slightest doubt the main course is the rice casserole. It counts with a Menu of the day, a Rice Menu and a House Menu. It also food for gluten intolerants.
The restaurant has a terrace and it's prepared for disabled people and it also accepts pets. You can make your previous reservation by email or by telephone.
It opens everyday from 07:00 to 00:00. Closed on Wednesdays from September to 23rd June and closed on November due to holiday reasons.

A wonderful restaurant. Regional products. Delicious food and sangria. The atmosphere of this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

Looking for a restaurant around 16:30 in Pals was An adventure. In the end we found la Vila. The service they provided was very good. All our wishes were fulfilled. We ordered 2 menu a casa for 26€ and 2 menu del rice for 23€. The portions and the taste were very good. I recommend this restaurant.

They have lovely and good food. Multiple outside dining areas with heather’s. My dog was allowed on the terras. Service was good with kind servers. Also direct parking out front. Definitely recommend!!!

My friends and I were visiting Pals for a quick stop, and tried this restaurant. Omg, this place is a hidden gem! Black paella is the best with soft squid and not too salty sauce. Sangria is awesome. Seven of us left with full stomach and wasn't too pricey. Definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Pals.

Great location, great food and more than fair quality - price relation. They use local products and cook all kind of tasty traditional Catalan dishes. The caldereta and entrecot are definitely two outstanding options of a la carte. They also offer a menu rice option for a good price. Portions are big. The service was attentive and all waiters were nice from the very beginning. Important recommendation - book before going there. It gets full quick and you might need to wait if you don’t have a reservation.
