Amazing service and tasteful food. We stopped by on our way from the mountains to Barcelona and I think we nailed it. The food was fresh and tasteful and also varied. Prices are fair for the amount you get. We had a server called Angie and she was very good, attentive and experienced. Superb service!!!! They even have a little shop where they sell local producs. Their Priorat Vermut is fantastic and also home made. I totally recommend it. They are kids friendly and provide special seats for babies.

Excellent food and healthy portions. Without wine comes to about 25€ a head. Try the coulant de chocolate.

Hidden gem near Tordera. Delicious local food in generous portions and very good price. Cara coles and all grilled meat are to go for. They also have their own bakery for take away

If you pass in front of CAL COIX you will see a bunch of people waiting and drinking outside, your tough will be, let stop to have a traditional català meal. But don't get confused, all the people waiting for a table is because they are short in staff and you will notice in service, people have to wait for the waitress even stand up for dishes and drinks. We have to wait 35 minutes to get a table even we can see tables available, the hostess was one of the waitress, and the question was are you sure to wait me than 30 minutes, like if he doesn't want more customers. The food is just ok, we order callos, entrama and cargols amb peu de pork. The salsa of callos and cargols amb peu de pork was the same but just strained. The worst was service, waitresses were rude and slow, but maybe that was not they fault, they were just 3 for three dining room full. Prices was fine €34 with out coffee and dessert.
