The food is wholesome and in house omelettes are superb...pity it can not be said for the need to be offish or snooty in spite of having visited the place so many times ...a smile would be such a treat...🤞👎🙂🙂

Based on previous reviews we had quite a high expectation. The staff was very friendly. The food was so so. Had turbot and king prawns. Very small portions and about 2 hours later quite a heavy stomach..

Amazing food and even better service. We had the veal carpaccio, the escalivada with anchovies from L’Escala, and their fideuá with ali-oli. Everything was delicious and the waitress couldn’t be nicer. A+

I have been visiting Spain for almost 10 years and living here for a year and a half and this is one of the most delicious dinners I have had. The atmosphere is warm, the service is excellent and the food divine. Oh and you must try the Ratafia a Catalan specialty.

We had high expectations based on others' ratings. The food was unexceptional. We ordered scallops and mussels but were (thankfully) warned in advance that they were bought frozen and were not local/fresh. We tried the scallops anyway; they tasted a step above something bought from the frozen section of any supermarket anywhere in the world. Other dishes we tried were nothing to write home about either. The most expensive bottle of white wine was about eur 15 and tasted like a $3-5 wine. Decor was ok, service likewise. But definitely not worth the detour we took and the 45 minutes we spent looking for parking all over this town. There are better places to visit than this.
