Can Xerta restaurant is located in the heart of La Costa Brava, in Santa Cristina d’Aro. It is only 10 minutes away from Platja d’Aro and 20 minutes away from Girona and it is specialized in the market cuisine.
Some of its most popular dishes are Catalan style, so there are some highlighted dishes like the rice with cuttlefishes, the tomahawk, the veal t-bone or the pig's trotters. But in its menu they have meat, fish and stewed meals that change every week. They also have a large variety of dishes for people suffering from coeliac disease and other intolerances.
The restaurant counts with a menu of the day from Monday to Friday, a weekend menu, a children’s menu, a special menu for enterprises, a Ramón Bilbao menu and flexible menus for weddings and celebrations.
Can Xerta has big common areas and it also has private rooms for special family celebrations or enterprise meals. They have a terrace and a playground for children. Some days they have special activities like gin-tonic tasting sessions.
It is open for lunch every day of the week from 13:00 to 16:00. Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays also for dinner from 19:30 to 23:30. In summer it is open for lunch and dinner every day.
