Hello! We are Toni and Nuria and our two sons Sergi and Anna. We introduce you our little restaurant, Can Sart. The town of Ribes de Freser is enclosed in the Pyrenees, between the Vall de Nuria and the pass between the sky stations of La Molina and Masella.
We make a traditional and market cuisine. Our specialities are the roast country chicken, snails, wild boar, boletus, variety of cold meat of the area and roasted meats with the lamb of the valley as a special dish.
Good selection of the wine cellar in extension process. Great variety of liquors, distils, whiskeys and Maltas.

After finding out the two other popular restaurants fully booked, we came here and had a wonderful lunch with good service. The most impressive one is the pork trotters. Crispy fried skin and tender inside, fragrant smell from garlic and parsley, and it takes less than 10 euros! The desserts are also tasty with good coffee. Highly recommend it!

Don't be fooled by the appearance, the food in this restaurant is excellent. Together with Els Caçadors (which is a bit more pricey), this is one the best restaurants in this whole region. Excellent cuisine. Excellent local product. At a very reasonable price. If you are in the area, give a try. You won't regret it.

Did not like anything there, bravas with Aioli from Mercadona and worst sandwich..do not recommend

No frills small town restaurant, but big in taste. All dishes were excellent and well priced. Service was great and quick. My waitress spoke a English and gave great suggestions on local favorites! While I was there the clientele had a bunch of older families which is a good sign.
