Can Guidet, the farmhouse, was founded in 1856, and Can Guidet, the current restaurant, was founded in 1992, following the journey that began in 1970 with the old "beach bar" Can Guidet.
The cuisine is simple, consisting in basically grilled meats and a wide selection of snacks and salads, made with tomatoes, peppers and lettuce that come from the lands of the rieral of Lloret, the old orchards from the 19th midcentury and the 20th century.
The atmosphere is familiar and we seek that children and adults, after having lunch, breakfast, snack or dinner, want to come back another day and many days.
The restaurant, moreover, has a private parking area for clients, a children’s area, a terrace, a bar area and they have a take-away service. Previous reservations are available.
It opens every day, except for Wednesdays that it’s closed, for breakfast from 08:00 to 11:00, for lunch from 12:45 to 15:30 and for dinner from 19:15 to 23:45. It also opens on August and on Christmas.

Mostly locals versus tourists you know food and service is Outstanding when it is packed with locals versus Foreigners! Everything was exquisite food, service and as most restaurants menu in a plethora of languages so all can enjoy!👍👍👍👍👍💪

In 1974 I stayed at the Hotel Olympia and every morning 6 of us went to have a good breakfast at Can Guidet, absolutely fantastic and good to see it is still operating.

I guess it’s okay, very traditional. The service was bad although the place was not crowded at all.. must say snails were some of the best I’ve had. Not sure if I’d come back.

Perfect! Great beer & spectacular food, bread with vinegar and tomato is our favorite starter. Choose any main dish from the card & it will be perfect. Whether it’s Catalan Salad or the meat. We love to visit Can Guidet a few times each holiday to enjoy great food! Muchas gracias :)
