The Bo.Tic Restaurant opened its doors in the ends of 2007, and the year after its opening, it had already been awarded with a special remark in Repsol and Michelin guides. It is located in the old flour mill of Corçà and nowadays it has one Michelin Star.
Its owners created this interesting gastronomic option inspired by the essence of the traditional cuisine of the Empordà. The plates that we can find in the menu are creative, innovative and of author. In it the selection of the best raw material has a crucial importance.
