It is not what appears on the page. I loved the location, in the end you are alone and in so much nature and snow. But the rooms were the worst in my life, they don't know the word service and something that bothered me a lot is that in the booking app it said a few meters from Andorra, but they didn't explain what it meant if you had a helicopter, because the normal ones have to drive 1 hour to get to Andorra

Spectacular location, very clean rooms and complete with bed linen. They leave the dog, a very friendly treatment. Service staff, kitchen and waiters EXCELLENT!! We are vegetarians AND they took care of us super well and the dinner was amazing. We'll be coming back!!!! Thanks for the good work you do. And the Forfait with a reasonable price for the work they do maintaining the hiking trails.

Perfect to arrive with the car and do some amazing hikes. The workers are really friendly and helpfull. Nice atmosphere and amazing food!

Went for lunch, menu a bit pricey but good for being up in the mountains.

We've been there only for some soft drinks, the place is nice and warm. It's possible to eat or sleep there.
