The Hotel Restaurant Prats of Ribes de Freser (Ripollès) is a family tradition business. It is a little hotel currently run by the fourth generation —it has been passing from fathers to sons— and where it is possible to enjoy the good home-made cuisine.
In its menu there are different dishes like the mountain and see rice, the snails, the cannelloni or the pig’s trotters, among others. Moreover, they have a take-away service, food for gluten-intolerant people and they serve Catalan farmer’s breakfast.

The restaurant opens every day for breakfast from 08:30 to 11:00, for lunch from 13:00 to 16:00 and for dinner from 20:30 to 22:00. During winter, it only opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
