If you're considering a visit to Nua Smart Restaurant, it might be worth reevaluating your dining options. While the interiors are pleasant and offer a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, the food leaves much to be desired. Despite the inviting ambiance, the culinary experience was disappointing. The dishes lacked the flavor and creativity one would expect, falling short of making a memorable impression. It's clear that while the decor is commendable, the kitchen needs significant improvement to match the potential of the setting. Unfortunately, based on the current dining experience, I wouldn't recommend a return visit solely for the food. Nua Smart Restaurant has the ambiance right, but the quality and taste of the cuisine need considerable work to make it a worthwhile destination.

As some other people who commented here we were so excited to come…. Horrible. Food bland! Pricey as ****. 19 euros for some chicken stripes😌. Anyways just horrible. The hummus no flavou whatsoever etc. ridiculous prices and quality 0.

Amazing service, very tasty fancy food and polite staff. Best smart tables in the city and very good for spending time with family. Highly recommend

Was excited to try this place and was SO disappointed. The concept was interesting but service was terrible didn’t understand how it worked and when I asked questions they seemed bothered, food did not match the pictures and was cold 🫤 save your money because it was not worth it.

I was intrigued by this restaurant and all the good reviews. Kudos for being pet-friendly (I didn't take my dog but saw three families with their furry friends inside, and they also have dog food and water at the entrance). It was a bit crowded, so have patience because this means service is a bit slow. A waiter comes to explain how things work, basically you have an interactive table where you can find the menu and order right there. Once you do that you can play alone, with your table companions or even with other people in the restaurant. Apart from that there's not much to do. My table had a blip and needed to be reset, so I sat there for a few minutes waiting... There are two USB chargers on the wall by each table, but ours were off so we couldn't use them. Then at the end we were trying to pay through the table but couldn't do it due to a system error, so the waiter had to bring the check and POS anyway. In my opinion it's a nice one-time experience; I felt that it's just a way to keep you busy while the food arrives, and once you have it you can't play anymore because the plates are on the table. The spicy wings were not spicy, food was OK but just a bit overpriced.
