The Hotel Restaurant Els Caçadors is located in Ribes de Freser, in Girona, at the foot of La Vall de Núria and next to La Molina ski station. In this familiar hotel, they offer the best rooms, moderns and welcoming, for the guests to feel like they are at their own home. Moreover, in their restaurant, the team who are part of Els Caçadors follow their own line of consolidation of recipes based on the product’s quality and on the simplicity in the dishes’ creation.
The cuisine of their restaurant is currently a gastronomic referent in the area. Here it is possible to taste a traditional Catalan cuisine and of market which takes into account even the last detail. Moreover, they prioritize the use of native products of La Vall.
The restaurant is a member of the Fundació Institut Català de la Cuina as recognition of a traditional Catalan cuisine of quality. This way, their menu is wide and varied, but among their dishes there are a few that can be highlighted such as the home-made cannelloni, the paella à la marinière, the baked angler fish or the charcoal grilled lamb. They also count with menus (not available on August and on public holidays): a menu of the day, a children's menu, a group menu and food for gluten-intolerant people.
The establishment has a bar area, where their special selection of gin tonics (over 100 different gins) can be discovered, private rooms for celebrations and events, a playroom for kids, board games or pool or table football and a terrace from where all the beautiful views that surrounds it can be seen. Previous reservations are available through e-mail.
